Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, swimwear must have all hygienic liners intact. Additionally, items must be in their original form, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must show no visible signs of wear and be in their original form, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

Reduced Items

Reduced items are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping and Handling

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any charges related to the return or exchange shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to scarlett@sincerelyscarlett.com.au with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request - [Order Number]." In the email, provide details about the item you wish to return or exchange, along with the reason for the request.

Approval Process

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This email will also indicate whether your request has been approved or rejected for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return or exchange is approved, you will be emailed with the next steps for the return or exchange. In the case of an exchange, the amount paid for the original item will be the amount eligible to spend on the replacement item.
