Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping

We are thrilled to offer our customers reliable and efficient shipping services within Australia through Auspost. Our standard shipping option takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery and is available at a flat rate of $10.95.

Express Shipping

For those who can't wait to dive into our swim and resort wear collections, we also provide express shipping via Auspost. Choose this option at checkout for faster delivery, with an estimated arrival time of 2-4 business days. Express shipping is available for a fee of $15.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping

We are excited to share our pieces with customers worldwide! International orders are shipped via DHL, a trusted and expedited courier service. The shipping time and cost will depend on your location. Order Pickups or In Person Delivery

If you wish to pick up your order or have an in-person delivery, please email scarlett@sincerelyscarlett.com.au after completing your order to organise. When checking out, please select the shipping option entitled 'Pick up or In Person Delivery'. In the subject line of your email, please state "Pickup/Delivery Request - [Your Order Number]" and Scarlett will assist you in organising the details to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.

Once you place your order, we will ensure it is processed swiftly and efficiently. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched for shipping.
